On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.
